The Metabolomics Core at the University of Utah provides a number of metabolite profiling services to Hematology investigators. These include metabolomics, lipidomics, and flux analysis. In addition, the Core provides targeted quantitation of endogenous metabolites, peptides, and drugs. To maximize the number of metabolites observed and range of services offered, the Core is highly equipped with the latest mass spectrometry platforms and is capable of performing both GC-MS and LC-MS analyses. The Core routinely performs –omics analysis on a wide range of biological matrixes including serum/plasma, erythrocytes, macrophages, all tissue types, cell culture and model organisms.
