The abstract submission portal will open on August 1\, 2024\, and will remain open until November 1\, 2024.\nInvitation letters for visa applications: For those requiring invitation letters for visa applications\, to facilitate early applications for visas\, you may request a formal invitation letter for your visa by completing this form.\nTrainee bursaries: To encourage and support the next generation of researchers in the field\, we are pleased to announce that trainee bursaries will be available\, with support commensurate to the distance traveled. More details to come on how to apply.\nProgram suggestions: Your input matters! If you have topics or sessions you would like to suggest for the program\, please feel free to email us at enemeth@mednet.ucla.edu or kostas.pantopoulos@mcgill.ca.
