The Enrichment Core of the Yale Cooperative Center of Excellence in Hematology is sponsoring a Leadership and Management Skills Course for Postdoctoral Trainees in May 2021
The course will be presented by HFP Consulting over Zoom on May 3, 5, 7, 10, & 12 (3.5 hr/session). The YCCEH will fund a class size of 16 trainees. We expect to fill 2-3 slots from each CCEH and fill the remaining slots with trainees from non-CCEH institutions.
We have prepared a brief application to be completed by the trainees (with mentor co-signature). Please contact Karin Finberg for the application.
The YCCEH Enrichment Core leadership will review the nominated applicants from each CCEH, as well as applications from trainees outside the CCEH network, to select the final class of 16 trainees. To promote diversity in the field of non-malignant hematology, we ask you to encourage applications from trainees of backgrounds that are traditionally underrepresented in the field.
