CD34 Selection Procedure

This procedure is a general method to obtain and select for the CD34+ cell compartment. It uses antibody coated immunomagnetic beads to select for those cells. It is important to follow all biohazard safety precautions when performing this procedure. CD34+ selections that we conduct use current Miltenyi processing procedures.
